- Schematic DesignBased on the requirements established at the programming meeting, we will prepare a schematic design comprised of floor plans and exterior elevations as required to illustrate the residence.
- Construction/Permit DrawingsBased upon the approved schematic design drawings, we will prepare construction documents consisting of drawings and specifications that will describe the scope of work and be suitable for filing with the building department and for construction by a qualified general contractor. The drawings typically include an architectural site plan, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, exterior elevations and wall sections
