Renaissance City Homes were inspired by the developer’s love of Chicago brown stones. These upscale luxury homes were to be built across the street from a beautiful city park on the downtown St Petersburg waterfront. While the project was permitted, it was never built. The building featured three story units with an elevator and roof deck.
